Herbivorous animal production is important to world economy and people's daily life. Rearing of healthy young herbivores is a prerequisite of their high productivity in the future. The Ruminant Nutrition and Feed Innovation Team (RNFI) of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) plans to host the 4^th International Symposium on Young Herbivores Rearing in Beijing from October 25 to 27, 2023. Experts in animal nutrition and feed science, young scholars and postgraduates and doctoral students are welcome to attend the conference.

IV. The conference will draft special invited experts

10-15 international and 15 domestic well-known experts in relevant fields will be invited. International experts can recommend students apply for “International Young Scientist Participation Program”.

The 4th International Symposium on Young Herbivore Rearing

International Young Scientist Participation Program

The cultivation of young livestock is the key departure point of the livestock industry chain, Healthy growth of young animals is the basis of breeding high quality adult animals. In order to promote exchanges and learning between international counterparts, we will build an exchange platform. The Organizing Committee specially makes this plan and offers preferential price to applicants.

Number of attendees：20

Qualifications: 1. Non-Chinese nationality;

2. Engaged in herbivore breeding and scientific research;

Method: Apply within the specified time, the organizing committee approves and notifies

Time：

Application time: May 1 to August 31

Notice of Approval: September 10 to October 10

       Notes for students applying for free attendance: 

1.  Select "Student" from the registration fee type, and upload the electronic student ID card in PDF format (including student information page and registration page, both of which are indispensable, in one PDF file, the file should not be larger than 5M);

2.  Choose the "Free Student" option when submitting the paper and upload the application form signed by the supervisor (PDF format) to the "Upload Supporting Materials" area;

3.  Only one student can be recommended by each conference presentation experts.
